EcoBuild Property offer a turnkey solution from initial designs and concepts to full technical drawing with structural drawings prepared for and presented for Planning Permissions with your local Council Planning Office.

Once on site we take care of everything from foundation work to the completed house with all utilities installed and commissioned for use.

EcoBuild Property can offer to complete as little or as much as the Client wishes from just building the shell on a pre-layed foundation to equipping the interior with all fixtures and fittings to applying for an NHBC (or equivalent) 10 year Guarantee.
