PLANNING
To accomplish
any construction process you will need architectural and detailed
drawings.

Before you make a design, you should be clear about the following
questions about the building:
- number of
rooms and their function
- number of
floors
- main building
materials (for walls, floors, windows, and doors);
- heating and
utilities.
Then you will
be able to calculate the approximate total area and possible expenses
for the house.
We offer two kinds of designing:
1. Draft design:
- visualisation
of the house
- room planning;
- facade views;
- layout of
the house on the building site.
2. Detailed
design (can consist of several stages. Number of stages depends
on the technical regulations issued by the local construction board
for each specific case):
